A TEMPÍSTICA NOS PLANOS DE GESTÃO DE CONTINUIDADE DE ATIVIDADES EM PROJETOS DE EMPREENDIMENTOS EM CONTEXTOS DE EVENTOS EXTREMOS

TIMING IN ACTIVITY CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT PLANS IN ENTERPRISE PROJECTS IN CONTEXTS OF EXTREME EVENTS

Resumo

Este artigo tem por objetivos destacar a relevância do controle da tempística em projetos de empreendimentos diversos, em contextos de eventos extremos, a partir da implantação de Planos de Gestão de Continuidade de Atividades em todos os empreendimentos nas áreas das engenharia, mais especialmente engenharia civil e de produção, geociências, agronomia e meteorologia. A partir da utlização dos indicadores de tempo objetivo de recuperação (TOR), do ponto objetivo de recuperação (POR), do tempo de trabalho para recuperação (TTR), e, do tempo de interrupção tolerado (TIT), que poderia ser uma medida para gestão e controle dos referidos empreendimentos. A metodologia está centrada em auditorias de gestão de continuidade de atividades, com vistas a criar nas empresas que desenvolvem empreendimentos diversos, a necessidade da tempística como instrumento de gestão. A partir dos resultados será possível identificar quais são as diretrizes para um plano de gestão de continuidade das atividades.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to highlight the relevance of controlling the weather in projects of several enterprises, in contexts of extreme events, based on the implementation of Business Continuity Management Plans in all enterprises in the areas of engineering , more especially civil and production engineering, geosciences, agronomy and meteorology. Based on the use of the indicators of objective recovery time (ORT), objective point of recovery (OPR), working time for recovery (WTO), and , of the tolerated interruption time (TIT), which could be a measure for the management and control of the referred undertakings. The methodology is centered on business continuity management audits, with a view to creating in companies that develop various undertakings, the need for time management as a management tool. From the results it will be possible to identify which are the guidelines for an activity continuity management plan.
